For 5 gallons:
Malt
Hops and Boil Time
Mashed grains in 1 gallon of 160 degree water for 45 mins. Sparged with 170 degree water. Added malt extract, brought to boil and added hops per schedule above. Cool to 70 degrees before pitching WYeast #3942 Belgian Wheat yeast.
Primary fermentation 5 days at 72 degrees. Secondary fermentation 5 days at 70 degrees.
