60 min boil

White Labs San Francisco Lager Yeast

OG - 1.054
FG - No reliable record, but about 1.018 - a little high. Should have aerated to get to 1.015 or below. Also fermenation somewhat rushed and not truly lagered. One week in primary and one week in secondary before bottling.

Primary and secondary fermentation temps kept below 64F depending on fluctuating cold weather at the time.
