For 6 gallons:
Malt
- 10 lbs. British 2 row pale ale malt
- 1 lb. Briess Caramel 40
- 1 lb. Briess Victory
- 1 lb. Flaked Barley
Hops and Boil Time
- 2.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (4.5%) 105 min.
- 1.5 oz. Fuggle (4.1%) 85 min.
- 1.5 oz. Fuggle (4.1%) 15 min.
Single step infusion mash at 151 degrees.
1028 London Ale yeast
Fermented at 68 degrees
