January 2005 MASH BOTY Competition

12 oz. cara munich
8 oz victory
150 degree rest for 20 minutes
sparge to 1 1/2 gallons
add 6 lbs light dme and bring to a boil
1 1/4 oz whole Mt.Hood 1 hr boil
1 oz whole Fuggles 20 min boil
1 tsp Irish moss 20 min boil
1 tsp sea salt 1 hr boil
cool and pitch Safale S-04 11.5 gr dry yeast.
ferment at 66 degrees
6 days primary, 3 days secondary
