For 5 gallons:
Malt
- 6.5 lbs. British pale malt
- 1.25 lb. British Crystal
- 10 oz. Carapils
- 12 oz. Chocolate Malt
- 4 oz. Roasted Barley
- 8 oz. Flaked Wheat
- 8 oz. Flakes Oats
- 18 oz. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Hops and Boil Time
- 1 oz. Fuggle (4.1%) 60 min.
- 0.5 oz. Kent (5.4%) 20 min.
Single step infusion mash at 150 degrees.
1275 Thames Valley Ale yeast
Fermented at 72 degrees
