March 2005 MASH BOTY Competition

Redmark Pale Ale
10.0 lb Pale
1.0 lb Crystal 60L
1.0 oz Centennial 10% first wort
0.5 oz Cascade 4.8% 15 minutes
0.75 oz Cascade 4.8% 5 minutes
0.5 oz Cascade 4.8% dry hop in secondary.
Wyeast 1056

Mash at 150f for 60 minutes.
Sparge to collect 6.5 gallons.
Boil 90 minutes and follow hop schedule above.
Add water to boil so you you can collect 5.5 gallons
in the fermentor.

Ferment at 68f for 3 days (primary).
Ferment at 68f for 7 days with hops (secondary).

Force carbonate and drink!
