7.5 gallon batch, all-grain
Grist:
- 10.5 lbs. Pale Malt
- 1 lb British Crystal
- 1 lb Belgian Aromatic
Hops:
- 1.5 oz. 4.6% Fuggle for 60 min.
- 0.5 oz. 5.5% E.K. Goldings for 60 min.
- 0.5 oz. 5.5% E.K. Goldings for 15 min.
- 1.0 oz. 5.25% Styrian Goldings for 2 min.
Single infusion mash for 60 min. @ 152 degrees.
60 min. boil.
Irish moss at end of boil.
WYeast 1028 London Ale.
