1lb british pale ale
1/3 lb chocolate
2 oz mt hoods hops
1-1/2 oz cascade
1 1056 american ale yeast (started day before)
all grain batch
strike water 170 degrees mashes in at 153 degrees (1-hour)
sparge with 170 degree water to collect 6.5 gallons
add mt hood 60 minutes before end of boil
add 1/2 cascade 30 minutes before end of boil
add last oz cascade add end of boil
90 min boil
