11 lbs. pilsener
1.5 lbs. light munich
0.5 lbs. Carahell
0.25 lbs. Belgian Aromatic

Spalt Pellets - 3.3 AAU
Hallertau Pellets - 3.9 AAU

Double decoction mash with rests at 125, 147, and 167.
Boil with hops for 60 minutes.
Chill, pitch Saflager dry yeast, aerate.

Ferment at 55 for 10 days
Lager for 6 weeks at 33.
