2oz. East Kent Goldings leaf hops
boil for 1 hr.
the last 20 min. add 1 tsp. Irish moss.
Add 1/2oz. English Fuggles leaf hops at the end of the boil,
cool and pitch Wyeast Irish Ale.
8 days in primary @68 degrees
10 days in secondary at 68 degrees
keg and enjoy

Mash at 150F

3/4oz EKGs at 90min
1 tsp irish moss at 20 min
1/2 oz EKGs at 15 min

Some kind of British ale yeast

1/2lb british pale
1/2 lb british crystal
1/4 lb carapills
1/4 lb chocolate malt(i used some black patent I had)
2 tsp gypsum
1 tsp irish malt
1-1/2oz willamette (30 mins in boil)1/2oz willamette steep after boil ends
used a sarter with british ale yeast
standard partial mash 60 min boil
