Elections for the 2001 MASH Officers were reluctantly held during our November general meeting. Scott Ross was elected President, Peter Buschbaum was elected Vice President, Joe Berryman remains Scrollkeeper, Mark Kelley remains Treasurer, and Scott Graham remains Librarian. New terms begin after the Winter Solstice Party.
It was hard, but we all lived through it. Many thanks to Chris for leading our study group and for all of her hard work and dedication in seeing us through this ordeal. Thanks also to Andy from the Palm Beach Draughtsmen for coming down to assist Chris. We'd also like to thank the nice folks at Gordon Biersch for hosting the exam. We'll have more to report when our scores come back in early March.
Cathy Schulz of the Dunedin Brewers Guild was took the test with us. She sent us a very nice post-test picture of the group. The last beer we tasted put a smile on everyone's face. Thanks for the picture, Cathy!
Scott and Janice Ross will once again be hosting this year's MASH Winter Solstice Party. This year's event will be held on December 9th from sometime after noon until everyone goes home. Mark Kelley is coordinating the victuals again this year. Contact him to let him know what you'll be bringing. We'll be presenting the 2000 B.O.T.Y. award and transferring power to the newly elected officers. Please remember that the 2001 B.O.T.Y. competition begins this month, so bring your entries!
