Many members of the Palm Beach Draughstmen visited the Titanic on Saturday, August 25th as part of a pub crawl. Other destinations mentioned included Gordon Biersch, the Abbey, and other points North. Some MASHers got together with the Draughstmen at the Ship. A great time was had by all. OK. I'm sorry I'm so late in posting the President's Message this month. I guess it's because I missed the last meeting.
So we all know the Summer Solstice Party will be at my house on June the 30th, a Saturday, from noon on. If anyone needs directions please call me at 305-247-0394.
I'm looking forward to our next meeting, June 27th at Gordon Biersch, 7:30pm.
We will be discussing the beer style categories for the Coconut Cup competition
in 2002. Joe Berryman has posted the preliminary list of styles on the MASH
hbd mailing list.
We are having smoked turkey and shrimp provided by the club and everyone
is bringing some sort of favorite dish also. Please coordinate with Mark Kelley
at 305-247-9599. I'm sure Mark would appreciate it if y'all would call before
the 29th.
I've been advised that it will be the first outing for Master Sean Hickey.
We are all anxious to see him.
Everyone remember to bring your "Big Brew" or as much as you have
left!
