Download the webapp.jars.zip and unzip it. Add the JAR files in it to your NetBeans project.
Download the shared.jars.zip and unzip it. Copy these JAR files into the directory
/Documnents and Settings/your-user-name/.netbeans/apache-tomcat-5.5.17_base/common/lib
You will need to create the common/lib directories.
