1 lb Durst pilsner malt
1 lb white wheat
1/3 lb flaked oats
1.5 oz Hallertauer, whole @ 60 mins
.5 oz Amarillo, pellets @ 5 mins
White Labs Hefeweizen IV

Mini-mash pilsner malt, wheat, oats @155-160 for 60 mins
60 min boil

Primary 14 days @ 60 degrees
Secondary 7 days @ 62 degrees

Bottle conditioned with 3/4C corn sugar
