Ingredients

0.5 lb 40L crystal
0.5 lb 60L crystal
0.25 lb Dark Munich
0.25 lb Chocolate malt
0.25 lb Black Patent

(above steeped for 30 min. @ 150 F)

9 lb M&F light DME

3 oz Saaz pellets -- 90 min.
1 oz Saaz pellets -- 30 min.

Fermented at 50 F with Wyeast 2308
