Alisa makes motion to set date to March 2nd. Bob seconds. Club affirms. Week before that
will be pre-judgeing.
Winter Solsitice party:
Eric and Caroline will host. Details will be sent to mailing list. Their grill is busted
so there may not be a grill available. Dec 15th 2012 is the date. 1pm.
December meeting (and elections) will be held at Solstice party.
BOTY 2013.
No negative feedback regarding proposed styles sent out by Denise. Final
will be sent to mailing list and posted on website soon.
Cervezas tap takeover:
Was a great success. Thanks to brewers that participated. Money raised will
be given to Susan G Korman foundation. Club will reimburse brewers for costs
up to $40 (more if brewer provides documentation)
Miami Beer Fest
Jan 19 2013 at Marlins Stadium. Looking for 8-10 5gal kegs. 4 brewers to get free tickets.
Discussion about club buying supporting equimpent (coolers, etc) for beer presentation events.
Discussion about holding separate business/social meetings. Will be discussed more at December meeting/Solstice Party.
Discussion about bringing beer to Cigar City Florida beer fest March 9th.
BOTY Smoked/Wood aged beer. 3 Entries. SNDG and Bob&Dave tied for first. Rolland got 3rd.
