MASH hosted its 2012 Mead Day celebration on Sunday, August 5th at S. & D. G.'s house. We had a great time sampling mead and starting off a fresh batch of mead.

This month's meeting is Tuesday, July 24th, at the World of Beer - Dadeland. As we return to WOB, they are now under new management. The new managers have been very welcoming and accomodating. The night of our meeting is also a Cigar City tap take over. CC beers and other WOB promotions can be found on their page. If you haven't been to WOB yet, it is best to park in the garage: enter by Brandsmart and park near the "F" staircase. Remember to get your free parking ticket from your server before you leave (or before your 4th beer, whichever comes first). WOB does not serve food but nearby restaurants deliver. The meeting will commence at 7:30, but we’ll be there around 6:30 to eat and stake claim to our seating.
This month's BotY is California Common. Dave & Bob continue to lead the standings. I know we'll have multiple enteries this month because the category is a bit more "Common." Don't forget you can earn a point for any entry. If you'd like feedback on your brew, regardless of the style, bring it - we'll drink it.
