Well, by now everyone is probably cleaning blow-off tubes and ready to transfer to a secondary. That was some light colored beer, huh? Can't wait til we can all compare taste test. It sure was a special opportunity to observe the master brewer at work.

Of course we all recieved the many e-mails declaring our victory on the passage of the Fla. bottle bill. I wonder how long it will take for the retailers to start satisfying our thirst for micros and imports we couldn't buy before. Maybe we could keep each other informed via this mail list as to new beers available at our favorite suppliers. Hopefully there will be an explosion of beers.
My finger is getting tired, so, our next meeting is May the 30th. PLEASE-PLEASE don't forget to bring a few bottles of homebrew for John Boyles to show our appreciation for letting us mess-up his upstairs for our meetings. This is the LEAST we can do. I know your homebrew is precious but I think this is important.
