Batter Up Pinball (Gottlieb 1970)

This is an add-a-ball, and features a pair of vari-targets. You get points for various features and also can score runs using normal baseball rules. Rollover buttons and also a backglass animation show runners on base. Scoring a certain amount of points (30,000 or 50,000) adds an extra ball, as does various numbers of runs.

The game is in very nice condition. The playfield is terrific, with no discernable wear. The colors are vibrant. The apron is very nice, and the game was recently rerubbered with lights replaced. The playfield shots show lots of detail, and also show the game with the baseball runner lights lit.

The backglass is in great shape. There is some cracking in the white near the score reels that is typical for games from this era, but the white is not missing. See the pictures. Otherwise the backglass is great.

The cabinet is in very good shape with the typical nicks to be expected. It is original. The coin door is in good shape.

The game is currently set on free play (via a yellow alligator clip on the relay board that can be seen in the pictures). It can be set for one play/dime or two plays/quarter. There is a copy of the schematics.
