This is a nice original Bally Fireball pinball machine. This is the original Fireball, by far the most collectible EM game made after the end of the woodrail era. It has been in our personal collection for a long time, in a non-smoking home, and has been well-maintained over the years.
The backglass is original and looks perfect. The playfield is also very nice and is all original with no touchups anywhere. The cabinet is original and is extremely nice. The coin door is nice, and features nickle, dime, and quarter plastics, which is very unusual to find on a Fireball, since most were played long enough to warrant quarters. The game is in excellent working condition, and it comes with original schematics, high score cards, and other paper. It is extremely hard to find a game in condition as nice as this.
The game was recently shopped out, with all playfield parts removed, playfield waxed, and then many parts were replaced and several assemblies rebuilt. The game features:
We started replacing the playfield plastics, but did not finish. I will include the remainder of the new playfield plastics so you can finish the job. There is a yellow mushroom bumper cap that is cracked. It does not affect the gameplay at all. I will include a complete set of replacements (two yellow, one blue).
Everything works great, but the game is sold AS-IS. This is a fabulous addition to any game room. Local buyers are welcome to stop by and view the game prior to bidding.
