Williams Nags Horse Racing Pinball Machine

Nags is listed in the Mr. Pinball price guide is the most valuable game from the 60s. And why wouldn't it be? This is a spectacular game. The main feature is an animation of six horses in the backbox that race toward the finish line, mostly when the corresponding pop-bumper is picked. Your horse scores ten times as many points when it moves as do the other horses, and you can win free games if your horse wins the race.

What is unique about this game is that the six pop-bumpers are on a platter that rotates! This is the ONLY game ever made featuring rotating pop bumpers. Plus it is a horsey game that uses score reels and it is the last woodrail "horsey" game from Williams. The flippers are facing the normal way, so this is a very fun game to play.

Nags are very rare games, with some estimates that fewer than 1,000 were produced. You hardly ever see these for sale, and rarely do the interestng parts (the horse animation and rotating bumpers) work.

The Nags is in very good working condition. The horses move and the bumpers spin and the game keeps correct score. The flippers have good power to them. The backglass is a reproduction and is very nice. The animation is excellent, with all horses present. The cabinet is a little faded but still nice. The playfield is excellent, except that there is wear in the pop-bumper area.

The game comes with original instruction card and hi score card, and is set on free play (by virtue of the credit wheel not counting down).
