The following are attached for consideration at today's meeting:
1) Rubric and grid for assessing Senior Project
2) EXISTING SCS Assessment Plan document
3) EXISTING SCS Mechanisms & Procedures document
4) REVISED SCIS Mechanisms & Procedures document

The Senior Project rubric and grid has been modified slightly to
incorporate Peter's suggestion and some editorial corrections. This need
not be the final version as I intend it most of all as a suggestion as to
how the Senior Project can be evaluated for assessment purposes.

The SCS Assessment Plan is clearly not only outdated, but is also
inconsistent with even the existing Mechanisms and Prodedures document in
some respects. It needs a complete rewrite, but I am unwilling to do that
until some SCIS policy issues have been resolved.

The Existing Mechanisms and Procedures document is FYI. Obviously, it must
be updated to incorporate assessment of the Senior Project.

A proposed Revised Mechanisms and Prodedures document that incorporates
the Senior Project assessment is attached. Some editorial changes have
also been made, but there are no alterations to the intent except as
pertains to the inclusion of the Senior Project assessment.
