Eric: We need to do a new course proposal for bulletin #1. In the past 
there were objections from Elec & Comp Engineering but I think we should 
be able to do it now.

Prabu: This is a technical correction and does not require faculty 
approval to proceed, so please prepare the paperwork in time for the start 
of the fall. There should be no mention in the paperwork of the existing 
CIS-4930.
