   * new english course replace ENC 3213 + COM 3110 -- Bulletin#2
   * Replacement of ethics course (Technology in the Global Arena)
     (3credits) + Global learning
   * Evaluate COP 4338 and C/Unix -in Spring'12 with (Raju, Jason, Ming, Mark)
     -- replace this with a Systems course [required course]
	    and remove COP 4604 (Adv Unix Prog)
   * Merger of two sets of electives
   - Cumulative Program change curriculum proposal
   - Review COP 3337 Programming II  (use of Learning objects for labs)
   - Total no. of credits -- OK
