The course will be in the FIU catalog.  However in Spring 2015, it will
only be offered at UCF, and students will register for it using FLVC
(www.flvc.org).  In that case, the FIU student would be taking an online
UCF course as a transient student, and normal transfer rules would apply. 
Students above the 90 credit transfer limit might not be able to take the
course under this scenario.  There are other significant hurdles, such as
financial aid, which might require a different approach in the future, but
it is very important to try something now.

In future years, especially if the logistics of FLVC don't work well (as I
suspect), we could add the course on the FIU schedule, credential the UCF
instructor as an adjunct, and offer it as an online course through FIU. In
that case, the logistics are no different than any online FIU course
taught by any other adjunct.

Probably.  Titles don't need exact matches, just the number will need to
be the same.

For CNT-4603, you would list CGS-3767 as a prerequisite.  Our advisors
would verify that students had our prerequisite before allowing students
to register for the UCF FLVC course.
