   Revise course outcomes of cop2210, cop2250, cop3337, cop3804, cop3530
	Review all upper level course outcomes (refer to ACM guidelines)
	  and trickle down the course outcomes to COP2210/COP2250
	Change course outcomes
	  for each outcome, include a set of sample questions
	  to provide guidance for all instructors 
	Common exam is not suitable for implementation.
	? COP2210, COP2250: Initial evaluation test (Spring 2012 survey)
	   Different set of outcomes for 2210 and 2250
	   arrays (creating a collection of objects)
	   ArrayList, 
	For students with lack of programming basics, suggest COP1000.

  CS: COP2210, cop3337: Identify prereq topics for cop3530
    and ACM guidelines for recommended outcomes of COP3530

    Consider giving a screening exam in the first week, 
    and recommend a list of lecture videos or learning objects for remedy.
