    UGC recommends a subcommitee of faculty who taught COP3530
     to review these guidelines and revise
      COP 3530 Course outcomes and Learning outcomes 
      and update prereq topics if necessary
      
    Additionally, another sub committee will review IT curriculum to evaluate
    and make recommendation for appropriate programming experiences for students
    (including programming/scripting language, and course outcomes for programming courses)
