	 ECE majors are also interested in taking COT-3100
	 and hence the inclusion of EEL2880(Applied Software Techniques in Engineering)
    -- UGC will discuss this issue in the next meeting with faculty  (MarkF, Antonio and Masoud) who taught this course.

      Should we phase out ENC-3249 and taking only ENC-3213 (w/o COM-3110)?
   
   -- Remove COP-3949 (Co-op) from the catalog as it is not used at all.

3.   Combining several sections of the same course with increased LA/grader support
      Budget deficit and increased number of students
