1. Changing COT-3100
     Current: Prereq MAC1105 and (COP2210 or COP2250)
              Coreq: none
     To:
             Prereq: (MACXXXX) and (COPXXXX)
             Coreq: (COP2210 or COP2250 or EEL2880)
	 
  -- UGC recommends this change.	 
	 Rationale: The students must have some introductory math (MACXXXX) and some introductory programming experience (COPXXXX) as prereq.
	 They must have either completed or enrolled in an FIU 2000 level programming course.
	 
	 ECE majors are also interested in taking COT-3100
	 and hence the inclusion of EEL2880(Applied Software Techniques in Engineering) in the coreq.

       without taking COM-3110
       Oral communication ALC requirement is satisfied in CIS-4911 (for BS in CS) 
	   and in CEN-4010 (for BA in CS)
       
    -- UGC suggests not to remove COP-3949 (Co-op) from the catalog even if it is not used. Students may take EGN3999 (CENGR Internship) for zero credit. Include EGN3999 to SCIS Undergraduate catalog.

       
3.   Combining several sections of the same course with increased LA/grader support
