UGC Meeting-3: 9/17/18 10:30am - noon ECS-349

Agenda:
1. COT-3100 course change
   The course proposal is accessible at https://users.cs.fiu.edu/~prabakar/ugc/2018-19/a
   After consultation with Registrar office about prereq syntax,
   the proposal will be submitted for faculty approval.

2. ENC-3249
   UGC suggests Asst Dir to discuss with the English Department Chair
   to offer at least 7 sections of ENC-3249
   to enroll about 220 students/term (online & face-to-face together)

3. Fullstack new course proposal
   UGC suggests to revise Website Construction Management course
   with the latest technology (from the Front-end FUllstack proposal)
   Only one new course (Back-end fullstack) proposal will be suitable
   for consideration. Its prereq can be Website Const Mgmt.

4. COP3337_Enrollment screening
   Identify incorrect course equivalences and notify advisors
   Annual review on all transfer course equivalences
   
   Advisors notify all COP3337 students about a quiz on COP2210/2250 two weeks prior to the term with online resources on COP2210/2250
   and conduct this quiz in all COP3337 sections in the first week.
