Subject: Curriculum Concerns- Please discuss with the Curriculum Committee next meeting! From: Erica Levy Date: 9/20/2018 4:07 PM To: Prabakar Hi Prabu: I went to another meeting with the Assessment Department and there were some concerns with the assessment reports that I would like to bring to your attention. As the curriculum committee leader for undergraduate courses, I believe you (and the undergraduate curriculum committee) would be able to best assist with filling in this missing information. IT:BS- There is no program data to reflect written and oral results (report attached). CGS 3095- Listed student outcomes in the CS:BA/BA online program in my notes, however, in their system it reflects in the IT:BS program. Please advise as we would need to figure out which program (CS:BA/BA online or IT:BS) would best reflect the student outcomes so if necessary, they can modify on their end. CS:BA online: Does not have an assessment plan, only the in-person section does (attached doc). Would we be reflecting the same student outcomes for both online and in-person or are we adding another course from this program to collect data? IT:BA online: There must be 5 student outcomes, methods, results (report attached). Is CGS 3767 the only course to be assessed for this particular program? Oral and Written student outcomes must be split and created; technology outcome must also be created. Thank you in advance, Erica Erica Levy, M.S.Ed., Ed.M.
