   needs to update course topics
   and develop a detailed list of Learning Outcomes similar to COT-3100
    
 * 1-credit (Letter grade) Grace Hopper conference or a Special topics 1-credit 
    objective: Motivate FIU SCIS junior or graduate students with good GPA and faculty recommendation
    to participate in the Grace Hopper conference and engage in follow-on community outreach activities.
    Enrollment is limited.
    Check with Academic Affairs (Dir: Susan Himburg) about the legality of this course
