Review the curricular changes for restructuring

    - Add motivation to the objective section
    
    - Justification for the new combined architecture course
       existing related course overlaps, and the new 
    
    - ACM-2013 guidelines(p37): Core-tier1, Core-tier2, and electives 
      Comp architecture is only at the exposure level

    - Princeton CS Elective groups (Theory, Systems and Applications)
    
    - New 1-credit course on “Community Service Outreach and Mentoring”
      Generic reference to annual conference participation
      Include underrepresented and minority students
      Not to include specific sites such as code.org
