Some of you have taken this role before and I also invite some new Subject Area Coordinators to help in this cycle. Please let me know if you are OK for this assignment by next Monday.      As you all know, the School of Computing and Information Sciences systematically evaluates its BS in CS program. This program assessment is used to identify ways to improve the quality of the program and to implement appropriate changes to the program. The results of this assessment directly feed into our ABET Self-Study Report. The Subject Area Coordinators in consultation with the faculty and the SCIS Assessment Director will review the subject areas and propose changes, if any, to the undergraduate committee in this assessment cycle, based in part on both direct and indirect assessments gathered from Summer 2017 to Spring 2019. Some subject areas have been slightly revised from previous years, and with our changing curriculum, a new Subject Area (Applications) is introduced. Below is the list of our subject areas, the required and elective courses they include, and their respective coordinators for the B.S. in Computer Science Program.
