1. Differential policy - revisit
   UGC recommends this to Differential Policy Committee
     to find out the status of the current proposal
     and then revisit this  if necessary
     Here are some recommendations from administrators:
       Increase class size (merge sections of the same course)
       One grader per 40 students: 10hrs/wk

    After 2020: Consider making CNT 4182 and CIS 4365 as prereq for CIS 49XX (senior project) 

3. prereq for CS majors (?web dev experience) to enroll in
   COP-4655 (Mobile Application development) 
   A possible new prereq: (CEN3721 and COP4814) or (CAP4104 and CEN4010)
   Check with Steve Luis about this prereq change
   or consider revising COP 4226 (Windows Prog) with mobile app projects
   Requires a course change proposal
