  - CDA-3103 will not be offered from Jan 2020
  - Current students who want to change to the new plan 
      only if they have not taken CDA-3103
      or already passed (with a "C" or better) both (CDA-3103 and CDA-4101)
  - Students cannot get credit for both CDA-3102 and CDA-3103.
  - Check with advisors: MAC-1140 or MAC-1147?(in all flowcharts use MAC-1147)
