Interviewed and hired staff, created work schedules, generated user accounts, monitored resource allocations and provided end user support. Improved the efficiency of the School of Computing and Information Science (FIU) support staff by creating procedures to prioritize, delegate and track requests for software, hardware and network support of over 1,000 users comprised of faculty, administrative staff, students and researchers. Managed support staff to ensure the completion and quality of hardware and software installations and upgrades. Increased network access by streamlining and publishing user network connection procedures and created departmental documentation to process workstation network connection requests in a newly upgraded and rapidly expanding LAN at the School of Public Health (UNC).
